In this link i have provided that people have given all different types of answer to why they smoke cannabis. Most is for medical reasons and some is for recretional reasons.
my first expert link is from 'Talk to Frank', http://www.talktofrank.com/, here they talk about what weed does, both positive and negative sides, for example weed can get you relaxed as it mentions, however the side effect can cause paranoia.

How many people have been arrested smoking cannabis in the UK?

Second link, http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereveningnews/news/s/1594301_ten-arrests-in-cannabis-farm-dawn-raids, here is says ten people in manchester have been arrested on the news, the exact number or any information provided for this, however it seems alot of people do get arrested,which is kind of a positive point as so many people are being arrested why dont we legalize it so theres more other important cases to worry about instead of arresting someone with the posession of cannabis when the whole world/half of the people in england smoke it, they are all aged between 18-56 yr olds. Should it be legalized?
I personally think yes it should be legalized with the amount of people that have been arrested, also the amount of people that smoke cannabis is a huge number and the goverment should consider it, also other countries and USA states have had it legalized and you do not hear any problem from them.

if you scroll down to modern industrial cannabis market, it says that cannabis is legal however you have to have a licesnce to grow and process, however this is for fibre. second link is http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-20165371, this shows that europe needs protest againt not banning weed from coffee shops however this is down to just people not the actual government as they has legalized it them selves in the first place.
