this is 127 hours in this film the way they show some scenes look like he is recording him self which would be used for archive footage. the whole movie is based on a true story thats the whole point of docu drama a true story event made into a drama to make you live the moment/life to involve the audience more into the story and have a better understanding. having a handheld camera makes the lighting and sound poor which makes it seem more reailistic for the veiwers.

suppernany wears her known outfit that is a formal suit a blazer skirt and shirt with her known balck cab. she has cameras all around the house to see what is going on around the house this helps her understand exactly what is going on when she's not around and how the parent shandle things this may have poor sound and light so it also gives a real effect which it is. she also definiatleyl has archive footage to show how the children where before and how they are now. she also is an expert in this whole subject so they dont need to include extra experts unless it is out of her zone that she has not studied in.

wildlife documentaries are mainly about animals and how they behave in this documentary about meerkats their every trail is foloowed and talked about this is where commentary is being used, the commentary is mainly the expert as they know exactly what they are talking about also they might add music or soud effects when there is something going on forexample chasing or preys and etc... this creates a bigger impact on the audience because it causes tension and makes the audience more curious about what is going to happen next.

Factual TV sub genres two
Special interest Splolight on mission:
Special interest is when only a niche audience would have a interest in a particular subject for example i have got a clip of trains only a small content of people would enjoy watching this as it is not for everyone so they wont be played on well known channels.
also the content in this, is mostly voice over you dont really get to see the presenter as much because he's talking over, he wears formals clothing, a suit however not a too formal suit as he does want to seem abit casual becuase the topic is not very serious for exmaple like the news. in this clip they show alot of archive footage that has already been filmed and in the beggingin he's on location.
Make over show Gok wan Fasion fix:
A make over show is when they get either a one perso or a group of people and transform something big intheir life into something better or something more preferred to the person for example i have got goks fashion fix which is about getting a person (mainly women) nd transformaing their whole wardobe and hair and thinking of them selves about how they appear to themselves and others. Gok is always dressed really fashionable and up date with the fashion if he didnt he would look like the kind of guy you would want a make over from.
He always on location as he needs to be espesically if he is going shopping with the person. there will be added archive footage from before how the person use to be to how they are now.
Talk show: GMTV:
Talk show is when there are max two presenters that talk about certain topics which are mainly important however not serious as news becuase a bit of banter is added in it. in this show they will add intervies, archive footage and weather, this covers some of the contents which are needed. the costumes they were are smart and casual for exmaple the lady presenter is wearing a dress but its not too smart or too casual and the man is wearing a suit.
REview show: Volvo ocean race:
a review show is a show that revies new things and products on only a certain subject/feild for exmaple this clip is about is a race a few guys are having across the there is voice over and little mini interviews, also the people that are in this show have proper equipment and full on gear to manage with the water and dangers they could be in. this is not made live as anything could happen and also they need to show things in order so making it live wouldnt be a good idea also as it is over a long period of time it needs to be cut down and edited and put back together (all the important bits).

a chat show is when the studio presenters or presenter dicuss a series of topics that need solving fr exmaple this is the Jeremy Kyle show famous for chavs and people on benefits with problems that are really shocking. in this show the presenter is always wearing a formal suit and tie, when people end up going backstage the camera's always go handheld becuase they dont know what would happen so they cant have camera's set to reposition and etc... they may have archive footage from previous shows the same famiyl have been on to show either if they have become better or worser.
Magazine show Top Gear:
a magazine show combines interviews, commentary and entertainment, in this programme top gear they include everything for example they will always have some sort or archive footage also their costumes are mainly casual clothes for exmaple jeans shirts n jackets, they have these kind of presenters becuase not just they are enthusiastic but they know what they are talking about as they are experts in it. the presenters are always on locations becuase they have lots of missions to do that have been handed over to them which include being on location.

10 Factual Videos I Watch
1. David Attenborough
Im really drawn to David Attenboroughs' voice as it seems like he is telling you a story while he explains whats is going on for example waht the people are doing and what the animals are doing also how they would react to certain things and what would be dangerous etc... the way they have filmed the animals are also precise for example they follow their everymove and it is so clear, also in this one they show the facial expression of the peolpe and animals. When the camera men are filming the people act like they arent there which makes it better.
2. Top Gear
The thing that really attracts me to this show are mostly the presenters (also my interest in cars and adventures they go in) as they are really enthusiastic and out there, they know their car information and they know how to draw the audience in. Having fast moving camera angles showing fast cars at different angles also would draw my attention in.
3. Jeremy Kyle
The thing about this show is not mostly the camera position as they are mainly standard three point camera, one in the middle and left and right. Having real people come onto the show with their problems and how the Presenter is also a person that helps them out with their situations is interesting.
4. Dragons Den
I really like this programme as i have a really big interest in business not also that but their style of presentation by having all the business people out in the front with the poeple coming to show their products one at a time. the camera movements can draw my attention in too for exmaple when the judges have a comment the have a side view of them or it either pans acorss other judges to them also having spot lights makes the room insome areas dark and in other light which gives it a gloomy affect.
5. 16 and Pregnant
The camera angles and effects and techniques are really simple in this to be honest it's mostly about the entertainment and what they go through and what problems people have.
6. Embaressing Bodies
I like how they introduce the whole subject first before going into detail or eiter showing anything, also they have this little music when they are moving onto another topic or if something new is about to happen, i like the way the doctors use differsnt ways of appearing so they still catch the audiences attention with their different actions than just the problems the people come in with.
7. Come Dine With me
I really enjoy the commentary of the dinner party they have as he always makes jokes about the people there. Also i like hw they both capture the dinner and all the comments the guests say while the person hosting the dinner part is being filmed in the kitchen all of them always giving their opinions. 8. UK border force This is more of a serious programme and educational at the same time becuase you learn alot of things about what happesn at the airport n what oculd happen fiy ou get caught. the camera techniques again are simple as they are not really showing a story or anything they are just filming all the appropriate filiming.
